 I have a deep passion for workshops and training. I believe in the power of group sessions for powerful learning experiences and reducing isolation.

Experience Highlights:

•   Gestalt Centre: I taught the first-year training for individuals exploring therapy as a career path. The official title of the programme is

•  City Lit: I've ran personal development groups alongside their counselling diploma courses. Conducting professional and personal development workshops on topics like 'Working With Anger' 'Hot head:Cool Head' and  day workshops on the 'Introduction to Gestalt Counselling'.
•   Festival Workshops: I've had the opportunity to conduct self development workshops at festivals.
